Do I need managed IT if I only have 5-10 employees?

What's the difference between your service and hiring an IT person?

A full-time IT hire costs £30k-45k+ per year plus benefits, and you're limited to one person's expertise. For a fraction of that cost, you get a full team with diverse skills, 24/7 monitoring, and coverage when someone's sick or on holiday. Most small businesses don't need a full-time person—they need reliable support.

Can you work with our existing systems, or do we have to change everything?

We work with whatever you currently have. During onboarding we'll assess if anything is end-of-life or creating security risks, but we won't force unnecessary changes. If upgrades are needed, we'll explain why and give you options.

What happens if we need help outside business hours?

Our Business & Standard tier includes business-hours support (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri). If you need guaranteed after-hours response, our Compliance tier includes emergency support. Emergency callouts are also available on-demand at £150/hour for Business tier clients.

Are we locked into a long contract?

Our IT support services are on rolling monthly contracts after an initial 3-month commitment, with 30 days notice to terminate. For Microsoft 365, you can choose either a 12-month contract (best pricing) or monthly rolling (20% premium)—same options as our IT support tiers. We keep clients because they're happy, not because they're trapped.

Do you provide on-site support or is it all remote?

Most support is remote, which is faster and more efficient. However, we provide on-site visits when necessary (new equipment setup, network cabling, hardware troubleshooting). On-site visits are included quarterly in our Compliance tier or quoted separately for other tiers.
