Our IT support services are on rolling monthly contracts after an initial 3-month commitment, with 30 days notice to terminate. For Microsoft 365, you can choose either a 12-month contract (best pricing) or monthly rolling (20% premium)—same options as our IT support tiers. Most support is remote, which is faster and more efficient. However, we provide on-site visits when necessary (new equipment setup, network cabling, hardware troubleshooting). On-site visits are included quarterly in our Compliance tier or quoted separately for other tiers.
