Business & Standard: Proactive monitoring, responsive support, security management. Recommended for most growing businesses with 5+ users.
Compliance & High-Risk: Enhanced monitoring, priority response, compliance support. Required for regulated industries (healthcare, finance) or organizations handling sensitive data.

Service Terms & Expectations
Minimum commitment:3 users for Startup tier, 5 users for Business tier, no minimum for Compliance tier
Onboarding:New clients require a paid onboarding assessment (typically 4-8 hours) to document environment and baseline security
Fair-use:Support tiers assume normal business use. Excessive support requests (>10 hours/month for Startup, >15 hours/month for Business) may require tier upgrade
Response times:Business hours support aims for 4-hour response. Compliance tier includes 1-hour response during business hours, 4-hour after-hours
Contract terms:Monthly rolling contract after initial 3-month commitment. 30 days notice to terminate
Remediation vs support:Security incidents, ransomware recovery, or major outages may require additional billable hours beyond normal support scope
